atoto Platform Account Terms
We operate atoto as a gaming and sportsbook platform available in jurisdictions where local law permits. These terms outline what we require from you when you open an account, how we handle deposits and withdrawals, and what happens if disputes arise. We keep these terms clear so you understand our commitments and your responsibilities before you join.
When you use atoto—whether via our Android APK, iOS browser, or desktop interface—you accept these terms. We enforce them consistently across all regions where we operate, including players in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan. Our policy covers account creation, KYC verification, deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfer, plus withdrawal procedures and data protection.
This document is intended to be read in full. If any term is unclear, we encourage you to contact our support team through the atoto app before you deposit funds.
Our atoto Account Requirements and Verification Policy
When you open an account on atoto, we ask for your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. We use this information to verify your identity and comply with local financial regulations. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, and we require it before you can deposit or play.
We ask you to provide a government-issued identity document—such as a national ID card, passport, or driver's license. We verify the document's authenticity and cross-check it against the information you entered during registration. This verification typically takes a few hours during business days. Once we confirm your identity, we notify you via email and push notification, and your account moves to "verified" status.
You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly provide access to users under the age threshold set by local law where you reside. If we discover that you are underage, we close your account, cancel any pending transactions, and return your balance to your payment method.
- KYC verification
- Process where we confirm your identity using your government ID and the personal data you provided during sign-up.
- Account holder
- The person named during registration; only that person may access the account and withdraw funds.
- Verified status
- Confirmation that we have checked your identity; required before deposits and withdrawals are processed.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We do not store passwords in plain text, and we recommend using a strong password—at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. If you forget your password, we send a reset link to your registered email. You click that link, create a new password, and log back in. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately through the atoto app.
You may hold only one account on atoto. If we discover duplicate accounts under your name or linked to your identity, we close all but one and flag the activity. We do not process withdrawals from duplicate accounts, and any remaining balance may be forfeited per our fraud policy.
Our atoto Deposit, Withdrawal, and Dispute Resolution Practice
Deposits: We accept deposits through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. When you initiate a deposit, we provide payment instructions—either a merchant code for e-wallets or a virtual account number for bank transfers. You send funds to that destination from your payment provider. Once your payment provider confirms the transfer, we credit your atoto account within minutes to a few hours depending on the method. We do not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may.
Withdrawals: You request a withdrawal through your atoto account menu. You select your withdrawal method (the same payment provider you used to deposit), confirm the amount, and submit. We then review your account for compliance. This review checks that your account is verified, that your deposit history matches your withdrawal amount, and that no suspicious activity is flagged. Once we approve the withdrawal, we initiate the transfer to your payment provider. mobile banking and local payment withdrawals typically complete same-day; bank transfers may take one to two business days. We do not charge withdrawal fees.
Holds and delays: Large or unusual withdrawals may be held for additional verification. We notify you of any hold and the reason for it. Most holds clear within one business day. If your account shows no deposit history matching your withdrawal amount, or if we detect unusual account activity, we may require additional documentation before processing. We take these precautions to protect all users from fraud and money laundering.

Bonus terms: We occasionally offer bonuses—such as welcome offers, reload bonuses, or seasonal promotions during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or other holidays. Each bonus carries specific terms: a wagering requirement (the amount you must wager before you can withdraw bonus winnings), a time limit (how long you have to use the bonus), and eligible games (which games or sports count toward wagering). We display these terms when you claim a bonus. You must accept the terms to receive the bonus; if you do not agree, you can decline and use only your deposited funds.
Dispute resolution: If you believe there is an error in your account balance, a missing withdrawal, or a transaction you did not authorize, contact our support team through the atoto app. We investigate all disputes within five business days. We review your transaction history, payment confirmations, and account activity to determine what happened. Once we conclude our investigation, we notify you of the outcome and any corrective action we take. If you disagree with our finding, you have the right to escalate to our management team, and we will conduct a second review.
Jurisdiction and applicable law: Our services are available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online gaming and sports betting. We do not offer access to users in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that your location permits use of atoto. We are not responsible for access from prohibited jurisdictions. These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where atoto is licensed to operate.
Account closure: You may close your account at any time by requesting deletion through the atoto app. We process closure within five business days. If your account has an outstanding balance, we send that balance to your registered payment method before closure. If you close your account and later want to rejoin, we require a new registration and verification process.
We review and update these terms periodically. When we make material changes, we notify all active account holders via email and in-app notification. Your continued use of atoto after we post updated terms means you accept them. If you do not agree to changes, you may close your account.
